Some are already harvesting or are getting ready to harvest. while others are still two-three weeks from harvest. Our Camarosas in Castle Hayne will be ready to harvest next week. Some growers with Sweet Charlie or other early varieties had their first harvest already.
However, regions in the Piedmont and the north of NC as well as VA and MD still face low minimum temperatures the next week, while the rest of the Southeast will get warmer AFTER Tuesday.
