Increased chances of frost Apr. 23 - Apr.27

After the current rain, we will see increased chances of frost in the coming nights. Air temperatures will drop below 40s even in parts of the Eastern plains Monday and Tuesday (Apr. 25/26). Lower 30s are forecasted for the Piedmont and minimum Temperatures below 30 in parts of Western North Carolina.
Be aware that these are air-temperatures, and temperatures at blossom level can easily reach frost conditions.
If you are in an area with predicted frost conditions, it is critical to protect your open blossoms in the coming nights!
